Navicore Services, Inc., a Florida corporation doing business as Power Admin Solutions and Power Admin AI ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the poweradminai.com website and provides AI-powered automation services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Two commitments up front: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
This data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the Services you have contracted for.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; process transactions; respond to inquiries and provide support; send administrative information such as service updates, security alerts, and policy changes; analyze usage patterns; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
We do not use your information to sell it to third parties, to share it with third parties for their marketing purposes, to train AI models on your confidential business data without your explicit consent, or to target you with advertising from other companies.
We share information with vendors who help us deliver the Services: AI/LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar providers for AI processing and natural language capabilities), cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communication platforms (email delivery, SMS), and CMS/CRM and integration platforms. Service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
Regarding AI/LLM providers specifically: data is transmitted solely to generate responses for your use, over encrypted connections. Where providers offer options preventing use of data for model training, we enable them. We select providers based on their security practices, privacy commitments, and data handling policies, and we do not use AI providers that retain customer data for training purposes without explicit consent.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations; protect our rights, property, or safety; protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others; or detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change.
We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request deletion, subject to certain exceptions; receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format; opt out of certain data processing and marketing communications; and exercise these rights without discrimination.
To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form. We respond within 30 to 45 days as required by applicable law.
California residents have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, our business purposes, and the categories of third parties we share with; the right to delete; the right to correct; the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising); the right to limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services; and the right to non-discrimination. You may use an authorized agent. Submit requests via the contact form.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.2 or higher (SSL/HTTPS). Data at rest is protected with AES-256 or equivalent encryption standards. API communications use encrypted connections exclusively. We never transmit sensitive data over unencrypted channels.
Two-factor authentication is required for administrative access. Role-based access controls limit who can view data, on a need-to-know basis, and all access is logged and auditable.
We conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing, monitor continuously for unauthorized access, follow secure development practices including code review and vulnerability scanning, train and background-check employees, and maintain incident response procedures with escalation paths.
Sensitive data is never shared via unencrypted email, chat, or file transfer. Credentials and API keys are stored in encrypted vaults. Production data is segregated from development environments, and backups are encrypted and secured.
We evaluate third-party security before engagement. Vendors that handle sensitive data must meet our security requirements, and AI/LLM providers are selected based on their data protection commitments.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have security concerns, contact us via the contact form.
We use essential cookies (required for the website to function properly; these cannot be disabled), analytics cookies (which help us understand how visitors interact with the site; you can opt out via your browser settings), and functional cookies (which remember your preferences). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third-party ad networks. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information.
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected information from a child, we delete it.
Our Services are operated in the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
When we make changes, we update the "Last updated" date above, notify account holders by email where applicable, and post a notice on the website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
The contact form is the preferred contact method for privacy inquiries; it protects against spam and ensures proper routing. We respond within 5 business days.
